Digital checkout and print preorders are open through Dodo Payments. Browsing or choosing an edition on this site does not place an order, reserve a copy, or create a payment obligation; an order is placed only when you complete payment on the checkout page.
Who we are
NOBODY’S MUG is published and this website is operated by Branda Stock Ltd, a company registered in Israel, company no. 516304516. Our geographic business address is Hadvir 18, Hadera, Israel. Contact us using the email or phone below.
Your edition
The digital edition is a one-time purchase of the complete book in PDF and EPUB. The printed edition is a separate preorder. Both cover 150 everyday situations across 13 parts. Neither is a subscription, and future editions are not included.
Prices and orders
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. The digital edition is £15. The printed preorder is £45, including UK postage. The planned print price from 1 November 2026 is £70, including UK postage — that is a future planned price, not a previous selling price.
The complete total payable is shown before you confirm payment. The price and delivery terms confirmed for a paid order will not be changed retroactively. We currently deliver to UK addresses only; international delivery is not offered on this storefront.
Checkout
Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for both the digital purchase and the printed-book preorder. Its buyer terms apply to those transactions; the relevant Dodo entity is identified at checkout or on your receipt. Branda Stock Ltd remains your contact for the book, delivery, and product support.
Before you pay, checkout shows who you are buying from, the edition you are buying, the complete price including VAT, the delivery cost and timing, and your cancellation rights. For a print preorder, enter a complete UK delivery address; this storefront does not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
Digital content and your right to cancel
By paying for the digital edition you ask us to deliver the files immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery starts. This is permitted under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. It does not affect your rights if a file does not work or is not as described — see Returns & cancellations.
Printed book and your right to cancel
If you buy the printed book, you have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason, with no explanation needed, starting the day you (or someone you nominate) receive it. See our Returns & cancellations page for how to cancel, return the book, and get a refund.
Delivery and refunds
Read our delivery and cancellation policies before paying. Printed-book cancellations, faults, and non-delivery are handled as described on those pages, which do not exclude any remedy required by law.
Using the book
The digital files are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use and are not transferable. Do not upload, share, distribute, or resell copies without permission, except where permitted by law. This does not restrict lawful quotation or other statutory rights.
The book gives general information about everyday UK situations. It is not personalised legal, financial, or other professional advice, does not create a professional-client relationship, and does not guarantee a result. Rules and individual circumstances can change. Check current official sources and get qualified advice for decisions that matter to you. The book focuses on the position in England; it may differ in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland. The edition is dated September 2026, with a source-review cutoff of 21 September 2026.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights you have as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods and digital content that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for a claim relating to the book or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the edition concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits or data, that is not a foreseeable result of our breach.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem, contact us first at support@nobodysmug.co.uk; most issues can be resolved quickly. These terms and any dispute relating to the book or this website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction. If you live in the United Kingdom, this does not remove the protection given to you by mandatory UK consumer-protection law, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your own part of the United Kingdom. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
General terms
Updates to these pages do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase; the version posted when you paid governs that purchase. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the delivery, returns, and privacy pages and the Dodo Payments buyer terms that apply to your transaction, are the entire agreement for your purchase.
